Located in the secluded grounds of Oswaldtwistle Mills, we offer excellent parking facilities & are based in a convenient location, only 5 minutes driving from Junction 7 on the M65 & other motorway connections, including 5 minutes walk from the train & bus routes.

Conference room hire is available 7 days a week & caters from 2 persons up to 100 persons. We aim to provide the highest standards of conference facilities at affordable prices. Whatever your requirement, big or small, our conference co-ordinators are on hand to help. Our flexible facilities and layout can cater for any layout or meeting.

Our Managed office space provides an excellent working environment, perfectly suited for a call centre environment (12,000sq ft) & also ideal for business start ups (200sq ft) or growing businesses. We offer office space at an affordable price, just one rate with no hidden extras which gives you peace of mind.

We offer various services on site which are beneficial for conference & office tenants.
